Ministry Outreach: Veterans of the Cross
The “Vets”, as they are affectionately called, is a group of men who are retired from their regular line of work. Providing special services, these men meet two Mondays a month for Bible study, work, refreshments and fellowship. The meetings begin at 8:30 a.m. and, depending upon the number of tasks needing attention, usually end by 11:00 a.m.
These men, with a variety of skills, help with minor repairs, painting projects, electrical or plumbing projects, specialty cleaning, yard clean-up, etc. Our Vets always welcome new members.
