Meet St. Luke's Preschool / 4K Staff

 

Kathy Wenger - Preschool / 4K Director

I’m always excited to meet all our Preschool / 4K children and their families.  My husband just retired after 40 years as pastor at St. Luke’s and I’ve been associated with the Preschool / 4K for
36 years as a parent, Lois Circle member, grandma and director.  We have 4 children and seven grandchildren.  What a joy to watch children grow in the Lord!.

 

 

Amy Jansen - 4K Teacher

Welcome to St. Luke’s Preschool!  I am pleased to say that this is my 12th year to be blessed by teaching 4K at St. Luke’s Preschool
I was raised in Wisconsin Rapids and graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Stevens Point.  I have a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education with an emphasis in Reading.  I am married to Rich Jansen. He works for Flint Hills Resources in Junction City as a Lead Instrumentation and Electrical Technician for their Northern division of petroleum distribution.
We are blessed with three children.
Our family is actively involved as members of Rich’s home church—faith Reformed, here in
Wisconsin Rapids.

Shanna Kreutzer - 4K Aide

I am the Preschool aide for the 4K class.  I fell in love with the St. Luke’s Preschool program when my oldest child attended the
3 and 4K classes.  Since then I have been a member of Lois Circle, a substitute teacher for the preschool teachers, and a craft leader for the Follow the Leader program.  I became certified to be a teacher’s aide through Indianhead Technical College.  I am married to Josh and we have three children.  I am so thankful to God for giving me this opportunity to be surrounded by such joy and energy from wonderful children.

 

Paula Cammarata

This is my first year at St. Luke’s.  I am very excited to be working with your children in our classroom.  My husband Frank and I have been married for 21 years and we have four children.  I love spending time with all my family, friends, traveling, reading and stamping.  I’m looking forward to a wonderful year with you and your children.

 

Tina Bernette

I have been a teacher here at St. Luke’s Preschool for
10 years. I have been married to my husband Scott for
24 years and we have six children - soon to be eight
—we are adopting two little girls from Ethiopia and we hope to be going to get them very soon. I like to scrapbook, read, swim, and Bible studies and truly love having time with my family. I am so blessed to be teaching your child this school year, and can’t wait to get started. May God bless our time together.

 

Judy Schultz

I am a mom to six children, four of which my husband Blake and I adopted from Liberia, West Africa.  My two youngest attended St. Luke’s Preschool and I had an opportunity to become part of this awesome Preschool/4K program.  I look forward to watching your children grow, develop, and build their love for God!

 

 

Karly Tellekson

This will be my second year working at St. Luke’s Preschool as an aide in the 3’s. Last year was such a wonderful experience for me and I’m very excited to be a part of this year’s program.  I have two children who both attended St. Luke’s in the past and loved it.  I’m looking forward to meeting and working with your children!
