Meet St. Luke's Preschool / 4K Staff
Marcy Clark - Preschool / 4K Director
Hello! My name is Marcy Clark and I am excited for my first year
as director of St. Luke’s Preschool/4K to begin!
I have been happily married to George for 31 years, and we have
been blessed with three wonderful children -
Ben (fiancé Chelsea) lives and works as a microbiologist in
Milwaukee, Eileen lives in Plover and just began her nursing career
at St. Michael’s in Stevens Point, and Rachel, a student at UWEC
majoring in Physics.
I have been involved in many youth organizations at St. Luke’s, as well as the handbell choir
here. I have Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from UWSP, and taught second grade for 34
years at Humke Elementary in Nekoosa. I enjoy reading, helping others, learning, walking,
traveling, and appreciating the beautiful world we have been given to live in.
I look forward to helping guide and direct our program so the children may grow physically,
emotionally, socially, academically, and spiritually during their time with us!
I also look forward to meeting and working with all the families of these very special children!
Amy Jansen - 4K Teacher
Welcome to St. Luke’s Preschool! My name is Amy Jansen.
I am excited to start my 13th year of being blessed to teach 4K at
St. Luke’s!
Just to give you a little background about me, I was raised in the
Wisconsin Rapids area. I graduated from the University of Stevens
Point with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education with an
emphasis in Reading. I am happily married to Richard Jansen.
We are blessed with three children: Natalie, who is in her second
year of college, James, a senior at Lincoln, and Joseph, who is
excited to start 4th grade at Woodside. Our family is actively involved as members of Rich’s
home church, Faith Reformed, here in Wisconsin Rapids.
I look forward to meeting you and your family and am excited to start another great year!
Shanna Kreutzer - 4K Aide
Hello, my name is Shanna Kreutzer and I am the Preschool aide for
the 4K class. I fell in love with the St. Luke’s Preschool program
when my oldest child attended the 3 and 4K classes. Since then I
have been a member of Lois Circle, a substitute teacher for the
preschool teachers, and a craft leader for the Follow the Leader
program. I became certified to be a teacher’s aide through
Indianhead Technical College. I am married to Josh and we have
three children.
I am so thankful to God for giving me this opportunity to be
surrounded by such joy and energy from wonderful children!
Paula Cammarata- 3’s Preschool Teacher
Hello! My name is Paula Cammarata. This is my 2nd
year at St. Luke’s. I have been married to my husband
Frank for 22 years and we have four children -
Sean is married to Tara with our three grandchildren,
Melanie is married to Gil, Chelsea is married to Luke,
and Hallie is ten and a fifth grader at Grant Elementary.
I love spending time with my family and friends, traveling,
reading, Bible studies, and Disney!
I am so blessed to be teaching your child this year and can’t wait to get started!.

Lisa Anderson - 3’s Teacher Assistant
Hi! My name is Lisa Anderson. This is my first year at
St. Luke’s Preschool as a teacher’s aide in the 3’s
class. My husband Tim and I, and our two boys Logan
and Benjamin, have lived in Wisconsin Rapids for almost
5 years. Both our boys attended St. Luke’s preschool
and it was a great experience for them and for me as
well. I enjoy crocheting, stamping, cooking, gardening,
camping with my family, and just spending time with my
boys.
I feel truly blessed to be part of such a wonderful preschool and staff, and I am honored to be a
part of helping your children grow and learn about the love of our Lord.
Terry Laatsch - 3’s Teacher Assistant
Hello! My name is Terry Laatsch and this is my first year at St. Luke’s preschool. I will be working with the 3’s on Tuesday and Thursday. I am a member at Immanuel Lutheran and I have adopted two boys, Alex 11 and William 8. My experience with children is varied and some of those experiences are teaching first grade, doing family childcare and currently I am a foster parent. I am excited about working with the three year olds and helping them grow in the Lord!
