Our Vision Statement:

The ministry of St. Luke’s Preschool / 4K is to share the love of Jesus Christ with families at St. Luke's and the community through a quality Christian early childhood educational experience for 3-5 year olds.

Aim:

The aim of St. Luke’s Preschool / 4K is to help children learn and grow spiritually, emotionally, intellectually, and socially through work and play in a Christian environment, under the guidance of a qualified Christian teacher and teacher aide.

About Our Preschool / 4K

Children must be age 3 or 4 before September 1, 2013 to be registered for their respective class for the 2013 - 2014 school year.

Facility:

Our classes meet in the Schneider Education Center of St. Luke’s Lutheran Church. We have two large classrooms, a gym area and an outside play area.

Three Year Olds:

  • Classes meet on Monday & Wednesday from 9:00 – 11:30 AM
    or on Tuesday & Thursday from 9:00 – 11:30 AM.
  • Tuition, which is due the first class day of the month, is $65 per month.
  • There is a non-refundable registration fee of $30 per child
    and a $25 supply fee for the year.

Four And Five Year Olds:

3 day classes

  • Classes meet on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM
  • Tuition, which is due the first class day of the month, is $80 per month.
  • There is a non-refundable registration fee of $30 per child
    and a $25 supply fee for the year.

5 day classes

  • Classes meet Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM.
  • Tuition, which is due the first class day of the month, is $100 per month.
  • There is a non-refundable registration fee of $30 per child
    and a $25 supply fee for the year.

Learning Experience:

At St. Luke’s Preschool / 4K we share Jesus’ love in all we do. We learn about Jesus in the stories from the Bible. We also have units on colors, nutrition, safety, seasons, and many other themes. We use numbers and letters every day in our projects, calendar and helper chart.

Think about this Christian quality education for your 3-5 year old. We follow Wisconsin Early Learning Standards with the addition of our Jesus time curriculum taught by an experienced, well-qualified staff.

Our students are well prepared for Kindergarten. Come and visit the school anytime.

2012-2013 School Year:

Classes begin after Labor Day and end before Memorial Day.
The Preschool / 4K follows the Wisconsin Rapids Public Schools schedule for most holidays and other vacations.

Parent Responsibilities

Parents are encouraged to assist in their child's classroom. A rotating schedule is printed and sent home. Parents provide a nutritious snack for the class when they help.

We welcome you to visit our facilities and meet our staff at any time; however, call first to make sure the children and staff will not be off the premises.
